ST. JAMES GOES JURASSIC . . .
Members of St. James recently enjoyed a fabulous day visiting the East End of
Pittsburgh. Pictured on the cover is a shot of the group in front of the Carnegie
Museum. Thanks to The Gangewere’s for planning this great day!

Pictures of the church decorated for Christmas! Oh what a beautiful site!

Thanks to C Cicconi for taking these pictures for us.

C. Cicconi also found this old postcard of the church.

When the Cicconi's moved to Ligonier in 1964, the Wilt house was still on the corner and the white fence in the photo was still there. The house was vacant and run down. The congregation voted to purchase the property and members of the congregation tore the house down. Then, we purchased the two lots where the parking lot is and did the same. It looks like a frame building stood where the parsonage is now.

Here are some great pictures from the St James Sunday School Christmas Pageant, held December 17, 2006.

Thanks to C Cicconi for taking these pictures for us.

Our 2006 Confirmands

The cross of begonias which is located in the front of St. James. Thanks to R Campbell and S Wolfe, our “resident gardeners” for their creative efforts – and for the faithful labor in tending the planters and flower beds around the church building.
